Competition Terms & Conditions
Wolt Courier Game

Participate in Wolt Norway ApS’ (“Wolt”) courier game and compete to win your in-game earnings as Wolt credits. By signing up and playing the courier game, you enter the competition to win your in-game earnings converted into Wolt credits, which you can use in the Wolt app. Each winner can receive a maximum of 300 NOK in Wolt credits.

Key terms:

• Eight winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible participants in the courier game.
• Each winner will receive Wolt credits equal to their in-game earnings, maximum 300 NOK per winner.
• The competition runs from week 46 to week 47. The winners will be drawn and contacted in week 48.
• You must be at least 18 years old to play the courier game and enter the competition.

How to enter:

• Sign up and play the courier game. When you sign up to play, you are automatically entered into the competition. You will be asked to provide your contact information (name and email address).
• At sign-up, you will be shown these competition terms and Wolt’s Privacy Statement, which you accept by signing up and playing the courier game.

Prize:

• Eight winners will each receive Wolt credits equal to their in-game earnings from the courier game, maximum of 300 NOK per winner.
• The prize is personal and cannot be sold, exchanged, or transferred to any third party.
• Wolt will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the competition, including tax reporting requirements. Wolt will cover any prize tax for this competition.

Winner selection:

• Eight winners will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible participants.
• Winners will be notified by email in week 48 using the contact details provided at sign-up.
• If a winner provides incorrect or unclear contact information, or is otherwise ineligible, Wolt may select an alternate winner.

Data protection:

• By participating in the competition, you provide certain personal data, which we process in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. You can read more about how your personal data is processed in Wolt’s Privacy Statement

Other terms and conditions:

• By entering the competition each participant unconditionally accepts the rules stipulated by these terms and conditions.
• Wolt reserves the right to correct typographical errors and inaccuracies and to modify, suspend, or end the competition at any time without prior notice where necessary or appropriate.
• No claims for compensation can be made against Wolt in relation to the running of the competition, any failure to run it, or any related circumstances, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
• Wolt may disqualify any participant who violates these terms.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Wolt are not eligible to participate in the competition.
• If, due to circumstances beyond Wolt’s control, the original prize cannot reasonably be awarded, Wolt may substitute a prize of equivalent value.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Norway.
